Problems with VMKM

Hi Everyone, I'm Having Some Trouble With VMKM. When I Log In It Says I Need Some Code To Post Go To Chat Rooms And Stuff Like That. I Have Never Gotten A E-Mail From Them Or Nothing. The Reason Why I Need This Code Thing Is Because I Changed My E-Mail Adress. Now, I Don't Know What To Do..
